ROOTED — A Yoga Retreat for Women

10–13 June 2027 | Quinta da Boa Vista, Oleiros, Ponte da Barca, Portugal

Reconnect with nature. Reconnect with your body. Reconnect with yourself.

What if, for four days, you didn't have to take care of everything and everyone?

So many women spend their lives caring, organising, solving problems and being there for others that they sometimes forget to ask themselves: How am I doing? What do I need? What genuinely makes me feel good?

We are used to carrying on, even when we are tired. To filling our days, meeting expectations and making time for everything except ourselves. Sometimes, it is only when we step away from our routines that we realise just how much we need to pause.
