One Day Retreat

One Day Retreat it’s a little taste of a Yoga retreat hosted by me.

My last retreat was in May and I miss already the feeling and the vibes from this kind of gathering. At the moment, I can’t find all the conditions for a full weekend retreat but I believe we can still do this in one day and I have just the perfect place!

I’ve been hosting my Yoga Courses in one of the rooms of Hotel Porto Mare in Funchal, which is super cozy and quiet, open to the outside with fresh air, facing the pool and the sky. Here we have the space to gather, to connect, to pratice yoga and much more. I’m already só excited just with the thought, I can’t wait to share this moment with all of you!

It’s open to everyone, with or without yoga experience, men and women, everybody is invited.

Here is the schedule:

8:15am – Welcome!

8:30am – Yoga Practice

10am – Buffet breakfast

11:30am – Self-Awareness Workshop

12:45pm – Cacao Ceremony + Dance Meditation

2:15pm – Home Made Veggie Snacks and Pool/Chill out time

4:30pm – Yin Yoga (passive and relaxing stretch)

5:45pm – Closing Ceremony

6:15pm – See you soon!

Investment: 80 Euros (includes food, use of pool, showers, towels and also yoga mat, if you need)

One Day Retreat é um pequeno gostinho a tipo de Retiro de Yoga que eu organizo.

O meu último retiro data de Maio e já estou com saudades do sentimento e da energia destas reuniões. Neste momento, não encontro todas as condições para realizar um fim-de-semana de retiro mas não é por isso que vou deixar de fazer, acredito que podemos ter excelentes experiências num dia só e eu tenho o sítio ideal!

Tenho realizado os meus Curso de Yoga numa das sala do Hotel Porto Mare no Funchal, que é acolhedora, tranquila, aberta para a rua com ar fresco, voltada para a piscina e o céu. Aqui temos espaço para reunir, para conectar, para praticar yoga e muito mais. Já estou super entusiasmada só de pensar, mal posso esperar para partilhar este momento com todos vocês.

É aberto a todos/as, com ou sem experiência no Yoga, homens e mulheres, são todos convidados/as!

8:15h – Bem-vindo/a

8:30h – Prática de Yoga

10h – Pequeno Almoço Buffet

11:30h – Workshop de Auto-Conhecimento

12:45h – Cerimónia de Cacao + Dança Meditativa

14:15h – Snack Caseiros Vegetarianos + Piscina/relax

16:30h – Yin Yoga (Alongamento passivo e relaxante)

17:45h – Cerimónia de Encerramento

18:15h – Até breve!

Investimento: 80 Euros (inclui toda a comida, uso da piscina, duches, toalhas e tapetes de yoga, caso necessitem).
