A ideia deste retiro de yoga é fundamentalmente a partilha para uma maior conexão interior. Vamos partilhar o espaço, a energia, a palavras, a escrita e a comida!
Vem para o retiro em jejum ou com pouca comida (uma peça de fruta, chá, qualquer coisa leve) e traz contigo alguma comida para partilhar no pequeno-almoço (pão, papas de aveia, fruta, chá/café, etc).
Toma nota do horário:
9h – 10:30h Aula de Yoga (Meditação, Asanas, Pranayama)
10:30 – 11:30h Brunch partilhado (cada um traz algo para o pequeno-almoço partilhado)
11:40h Meditação a Caminhar
12h-13:15h – Workshop de escrita e partilha
13:30h – 14h Om Chanting
A trazer:
- Tapete de Yoga e acessórios
- Garrafa de água
- Bloco de notas e caneta
- Roupa confortável e casaco (e/ou manta)
- Comida para partilhar, os teus talheres e prato (que não seja de plástico)
Este evento só se realizar-se-á com a participação mínima de 4 pessoas, por isso a confirmação da mesma depende deste número de participantes.
Valor: 33 Euros - Desconto para alunos 29 Euros
Inscrição: 17 Euros (o remanescente é pago no dia do evento)

The concept of this retreat is basically to share for a bigger iner connection. We’re gonna share the space, the energy, the words, the writting and the food!
Come to the retreat with no food or just a piece of fruit, something very light and then bring with yourself food to share on the brunch (bread, oatmeal, fruit, coffe/tea, etc).
Take note of the schedule:
9am– 10:30 amYoga Class (Meditação, Asanas, Pranayama)
10:30 – 11:30am Shared Brunch (everyone brings something to share)
11:40am Walking Meditation
12 -1:15pm– Workshop of sharing and journaling
1:30pm – 2pm Om Chanting
What to bring:
- Yoga mat and props
-Water bottle
- Note book and pen
- Confortable clothes and a jacket (and/or blanket)
- Food to share and your own plate and cutlery (please no plastic)
This event will only happen with a minimum of 4 people.
