Release Control - A Women's Gathering (2ª Edit)

Namaste querida mulher,

 Tenho planeado um encontro no feminino com o tema “liberta o controlo”, que é um tópico em que eu estou sempre a trabalhar em mim.

Quantas de vós entende que a vossa maneira é a melhor maneira? Quantas de vós fica stressada ou aborrecida quando algo não corre como planeado? Quantas de vós são demasiado rígidas convosco mesmas? Quantas de vós precisa de tomar todas as decisões e não confia que o outro seja suficiente para o fazer? Quantas de vós não se permite ser vulnerável?

Então na presença de outras mulheres tal como tu, irmãs, filhas, mães, amigas, que certamente irão ser o teu reflexo e, através de das actividades que eu planeei para ti, conseguirás relaxar porque libertarás algum controlo e desfrutarás das coisas simples da vida mas que são bem necessárias, que farão do dia uma fabulosa experiência.

É também um dia dedicado a ti, porque tu mereces receber um miminho de vez em quando.

8:30h - Aula de Yoga 

9.30h - Tempo para Libertar e Conectar 

10:00h - Brunch do Hotel 

11:30h - Tempo para Libertar e Conectar 

12:30h - Circulo de Mulheres 

14h - Tempo Livre (piscina, jacuzzi, descanso)

Quem pode vir: 

Qualquer mulher que sinta, mesma sem experiência no yoga.

Valor:

55 Euros.

O que está incluído:

 - As actividades no programa; 

- O buffet brunch do hotel;

 - Acesso às piscinas, jacuzzi e chuveiros;

 - Toalha de praia; 

- Tapete de yoga (se não tiveres o teu).

Como cancelar:

Até o dia 25 de Outubro podes cancelar a tua presença e receber o reembolso do depósito. Depois dessa data perdes o valor do depósito.

I've planned a female gathering with the theme "release control", which is a topic I'm always working on in myself.

How many of you think their way is the best way? How many of you gets stressed or upset when things don't go like planned? How many of you are to strict to your own rules? How many of you need to make all the decisions and don't trust others enough for that? How many of you don’t allow yourself to be vulnerable?

Among other women just like you, sisters, daughters, mothers, friends, we will certainly mirror ourselves and through different activities that I've planned for the day, you'll be able to relax from releasing some control, and also enjoy some simple but necessary things in life that can make this day a wonderful experience.

 It's also a day dedicated to you, because you deserve a treat once in while.

8:30am - Yoga Class 

9.30am - Time to Release and Connect 

10:00am - Hotel's Buffet Brunch 

11:30am -Time to Release and Connect 1

2:30pm - Women's Circle 

2pm - Free Time (pool, jacuzzi, chill)

Who can come: 

Every woman that feels like, even if no experience in yoga.

Price:

55 Euros.

What's included:

 - The activities I've planned for you

- Pool towel; 

- Yoga mat (if you don't have your own).

How to book: 

Send me an email at yogawithfreddie@gmail.com to book your spot and pay a deposit of 25 euros, as the balance is paid closer to the event.

How to cancel:

You can cancel your spot until the 25th of October and get a refund of the deposit. After that date you loose the deposit.
